In-stock orders (excluding Scheduled Delivery items) normally ship within 5 ~ 7 business days of placing your order. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays (Canadian or US).
If a customer is unsatisfied with any products, the customer may return the product to the company within thirty (30) days for a refund, replacement or exchange, less any shipping and/or handling charges if applicable. A copy of the original sales receipt is required. Shipping charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective. Products cannot be returned if products are not considered resalable. Products are not considered resalable, if (1) the product is not resalable or the product’s shelf life has passed; (2) the product has been used; (3) the company has indicated prior to the purchase that the product is only seasonal and/or only for special promotions (including show specials), which are not subjected to repurchase obligation; and (4) the product is discontinued at purchase. Opened previously factory-sealed merchandise will not be resalable. However, if a product was defective, it will be replaced with a qualified product. All returns must be shipped to company with shipping charges paid fully. There are no refunds on any service that has been completed. Green World will not accept any returns for the same product of a different batch/lot. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 10% restocking(handling) fee.
The customer may also exchange a product that is defective. However, the exchange will be a same product of same manufacturing batch as the defective one within thirty (30) days.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items:
If Green World no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, the item will be sent to our Back-Order Department. You will be notified via email of two options: 1) Green World can send you a comparable replacement item, or 2) Green World can issue you a refund at the current market value of the product. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by calling us. However, we may not receive and process your cancellation request after we ship your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.
The applicable tax rate is based on the address where the shipment is destined. If a customer has submitted a current and valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate, or Sales Tax Registration License or other valid exemption document, sales tax will not be added to the invoice. In this case, the responsibility of collecting and remitting sales taxes to the appropriate authorities shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. Exemption from the payment of sales tax is applicable only to orders that are shipped to a country, state/province/territory where the tax exemption papers are filed and accepted. Any sales tax exemption accepted by the Green World will not be retroactive.
We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. We rely on the information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information (name and email address), payment information (credit card numbers and expiration dates), and transaction-related information, which must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, we or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information in time of any change.
